品牌設計｜彰化市青年發展處

本案為「彰化縣政府青年發展處」進行 CI 視覺識別設計，核心概念以「青年、連結、成長與行動力」為出發，建立一套兼具公共性與年輕感的識別系統。 設計上透過簡潔明確的圖形語言，將青年發展處作為地方青年支持平台的角色具象化，呈現青年能量向外擴展、彼此交流並持續前進的意象。整體視覺避免傳統政府單位過於制式的形象，改以更開放、明亮且具親和力的方式，拉近公部門與青年世代之間的距離。 更多作品：https://www.behance.net/RBZhan This project presents the CI design for the Youth Development Department of Changhua County Government. The core concept is built around youth, connection, growth, and action, aiming to create a visual identity system that feels both public-oriented and youthful. Through clean and direct graphic language, the design visualizes the department’s role as a local support platform for young people. It conveys a sense of youthful energy expanding outward, encouraging interaction, exchange, and continuous progress. Rather than following the rigid impression often associated with government institutions, the visual identity adopts a more open, bright, and approachable tone, helping to bridge the gap between the public sector and the younger generation. Beyond functioning as a standalone logo, the identity system also considers its flexibility across printed materials, events, social media, and administrative applications. This allows the brand image to remain consistent across different media while reflecting the active, innovative, and possibility-driven spirit of Changhua’s youth. 此識別不僅作為單一標誌使用，也考量後續延展於文宣、活動、社群與行政應用中的彈性，使品牌形象能在不同媒介中保持一致，同時展現彰化青年積極、創新且充滿可能性的精神。
